We provide professional 2 and 4-stroke engine overhaul (Pielstic (MAN), Zgoda-Sulzer, H.Cegielski-Sulzer, MAN B&W, SKL, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Akasaka, Catarpillar and other models) in accordance with maker's instructions and repair technologies. We carry out overhaul and repair both in workshop and onboard. Precise measurements, professional flaw detection, measurement report system in accordance with Class requirements are provided. Proper accuracy and calibrated measurement tools, dynamometrical wrenches, powerful hydraulic pumps with calibrated pressure gauges, jacks, etc are only being used for work. For some engine models, we repair more frequently, almost a complete sets of special tools/adaptors/working rigs/jacks are available in our workshops. Almost whole range of most frequently required during engine repair works like machining, grinding, honing of engine parts we can carry out both in our workshops or in-situ (for more information pls, see page "Grinding, Lapping, Honing ").
