Along with a wide range of diagnostic equipment and engine control room monitoring system, to get full information for the analysis, we use advanced diagnostic equipment such as  Premet XL-MS with TDC sensor and ACL sensor.

PREMET software offers several diagrams to analyse  combustion and pressure changes in the cylinder (Vibration diagram, Pmax, Pressure vs. time, Pressure vs. crank angle, Pressure rise vs. crank angle, Power diagram, Combustion + Injection, Reference comparison.

Using connected ACL-sensor we get diagram displaying valve opening, combustion and valve closing what enables easily identify mulfunctions. Some common problems like borken piston rings, liners or valves can easily be indicated.
